As a wellness advocate I am always asking myself, ‘how can I be a healthier me?’ So when I came across the Healthy Weight Kit I was really excited to give it a try!

What Is The Healthy Weight Kit?

The Healthy Weight Kit is an at home analysis kit which reads your DNA and uses the information it gains to provide you with an assessment of your health and fitness, helping you reach your perfect weight. It does so by identifying the right amount of proteins, fats and carbs for your diet, along with the right type of exercise for your body, all with just one swab of your cheek.

It sounded so simple!

So many ‘fad’ diet plans and exercises fail because they either make you feel bad about yourself or they just aren’t right for everybody. Health and fitness is a personal thing, and what works for one might not work for another. The Healthy Weight Kit is great because it is unique for every individual, and will find the right diet and work-outs for YOU. It is designed to help you be the healthiest you can be, and not compare your body to anyone else’s.

My Experience

The results came back with a great guide for what an ideal meal or snack for my DNA might be, and certain exercises that would help me reach my goal weight quicker and easier! Not only did I feel the motivation to get in shape after learning more about my body and my ideal weight, I had the help to do so in the form of a tailor made exercise and diet plan just for me.

Using the Healthy Weight Kit was a unique experience which confirmed many things for me personally. These were things I had already thought about my health, but having the results made me get off my butt and work harder on my wellness journey! It gave me the inspiration and motivation I needed to discover my very best self and to work towards a healthier me.
