Recently, while I was at Disney World I noticed there were more foreigners there than U.S. Citizens. Yes that is common in Orlando, but is it also common at say other theme parks like Disneyland Paris. If one goes to Paris for the possible once in a lifetime visit, are they actually going to spend it with a mouse? Just wondering if Disneyland Paris is full of Americans – kinda makes you think. Since there is one that they can hop on a short Delta flight to see for a quick weekend? It made me think of those magical moments that exist at Disney World. Somewhat indescribable to one even after they have experienced them. If you have been lucky enough to visit you may know what I mean. It may be on a certain turn of Big Thunder Mountain, when you see the goat! It could possibly be on my favorite ride, Rock ‘ n ‘ Roller Coaster featuring music by my favorite band Aerosmith. Well guess what I found out today? They have this same ride at Disneyland Paris, but a few days left on my Key to the Kingdom Disney World ticket will not get me on the Parisian edition. I will need Disneyland Paris Tickets to get on this roller coaster. In the original ride in Orlando after winding through a shaded outdoor queue, guests enter the offices and recording studios of record label G-Force Records, whose lobby is decorated with posters of real acts signed to labels owned by The Walt Disney Company. The Parisian edition is very similar.
The track layout for the Parisian version of Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster is said to be identical to Florida’s as are the musical numbers. But the experience they say is quite different. Most prefer the Florida version, but that’s probably because they are more familiar with it and get to return. If I ever get to visit Disneyland Paris, I will certainly give this attraction a try even possibly a dozen times or more. I have been known to ride a ride a few times. When Mission Space opened I rode it a dozen times with a bunch of friends of mine (there was no wait believe it or not), until we started to feel a little dizzy and thought best we stop! So I must start my plan, book a plane ticket, decide upon accommodations, see what spas are nearby, and find a place to buy Disneyland Paris Tickets. Did you really think I would go anywhere without visiting a spa (but I must tell you that long before my obsession with spas came my obsession with Disney World (the mouse house)!
Here is some more info on Disneyland Paris from my pick as the number one place for all Disney planning, All Ears Net (the former WDWIG). Euro Disneyland (now Disneyland Paris) opened on April 12, 1992. It is located about 20 miles east of Paris and occupies 4,800 acres. Today it features two theme parks (the second opening on March 16, 2002), six hotels, a shopping district, a campground, and a golf course. Additional non-Disney facilities also occupy a portion of this land. This makes it the second largest of the Disney resorts, after Walt Disney World. In October, 1994, the name Euro Disneyland was changed to Disneyland Paris and on May 31, 1995, when Space Mountain opened. These events helped attendance grow substantially in both the theme park and in the hotels.
So the question is…if you go to Paris are you going to spend some of your time in in an entirely different type of world?

I have been to WDW and to Paris. I can’t imagine goin to Disneyland Paris with such an incredible city down the road. There’s so much free to see and do in Paris, I’ll stick with the city and get my mouse fix in Florida!
That is a sinking feeling in my mind too!
