In celebration of Mother’s Day, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Los Angeles will honor moms with the “Royal-Tea Treatment,” an afternoon of carefully-crafted culinary creations and pampering spa services. The experience begins with “Tea at the Top,” a majestic tea service set against the grandeur of the downtown skyline at WP24 Restaurant, Wolfgang Puck’s fine dining venue on the hotel’s 24th floor.

From the savory flavors of smoked salmon sashimi and king crab salad to the sweet tastes of white peach scones and raspberry financiers, the elaborate selection includes a bounty of tea sandwiches, scones, and pastries. To complement the chef’s artistry, Art of Tea, a Los Angeles-based handcrafted importer, offers a full selection of locally created teas, including an organic Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles custom blend that yields an earthy bouquet of uplifting aromas.

After the sophisticated tea service, moms can retreat to the tranquility of the spa for the Ritz-Carlton Signature Massage, followed by a manicure and pedicure alongside her daughter or son. For a glamorous finale to the royal experience, guests have the option to add a shampoo, hair style, and make-up application.

The package price of $310 per person includes the Tea at the Top dining experience, a 50-minute massage, manicure, and pedicure, as well as valet parking for one car. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted at the spa and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
