Pair the Baked Camembert Encroute with Winter Spiced Plum Preserve ($12) with a favorite wine. Or share the Sweet Plum Sampler ($9), brimming with Glitter Plum Cookies, Eggnog Caramel Popcorn with Salty Chocó Pecans, Plum Linzer Cookies, Chocolate Plum Pops and Nutty Plum Biscotti, with a table of friends.

Joining in the plum-fest, the hotel’s mixologists answer the age-old question: “Naughty or nice?” The Sugar Plum is deliciously nice, made with acai blueberry vodka, Chambord and a splash of cranberry, pomegranate and plum juices. The Naughty Toddy is created with Michter’s Small Batch Bourbon, hot orange spice and cinnamon and garnished with bourbon sugar cubes. ($12 each)
