THE NEW ECO-CHIC SHORE HOTEL DEBUTS IN SANTA MONICA THIS
OCTOBER COMBINING CALIFORNIA MODERN DESIGN WITH ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

The Silver LEED-registered hotel with sweeping ocean views transforms the Southern California coastline this fall!

Since it has not opened, I have not visited yet, but hope to this spring!  Take a look at the future of hotels!

There are still not a lot of photos out of the finished product, but from what I have seen so far it looks like it will be grand!

Opening this October on Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, just steps from the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, and the city’s popular beaches and shopping districts, Shore Hotel is the newest addition to the coastline—a Silver LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard property that offers eco-friendly accommodations with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.

In addition to energy conservation measures, the Farzam family also incorporated a wide array of water-saving features, which include a storm-water management plan that captures and treats storm-water runoff, the use of native plants in landscaping, and installing high-efficiency toilets and low-flow showerheads.

“We are looking forward to providing travelers visiting Santa Monica a great experience at an affordable price, while still considering the environment,”

Shore Hotel room rates will start at $250 per night for double occupancy
when the hotel opens in October.
