You might assume you’ll get roughly the same experience at any beach club, but that’s simply not the case. In truth, each club caters to an incredibly different audience, which is why it’s also worth simply knowing what you need on the day.
For instance, let’s say that you fancy a party vibe; clubs like Gitano Beach are sure to stand out here thanks to benefits like a barefoot beach disco. Alternatively, if you’re looking for more of a wellness escape, then you would do better to consider more peaceful options, like La Zebra as mentioned above, or Nomade Tulum, which is on a quieter stretch of beach that’s led to its fame as a fantastic retreat-like location.

It’s vital to note that Tulum beach clubs aren’t free. That doesn’t mean you’ll need to pay an entry fee in most cases, but entry is dependent on minimum spend amounts that can be pretty steep. That said, some clubs are sure to cost you more than others, so price should also factor into your decision here to avoid blowing your budget.
As stated, choosing the club partnered with your hotel is often best for costs, as you may be able to enter with no minimum spend, or at least a reduced one.
