We all need a buddy to keep us accountable for wellness month! Well, I have found one that will do more than that – meet the Crossrope! According to a recent NCBI study, exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression, and negative mood and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. Crossrope has free workouts within its app that range from 12 – 44 minutes and oftentimes incorporate bodyweight exercises such as squats and pushups, making it a full-body workout that will do wonders for your mental health as well.

A recent Forbes article states that text messages to a federal disaster distress hotline in May increased more than 1000%. That same article states that the long-term psychological consequences of collective traumas can last a decade or more.

The current Crossrope Facebook community is over 90k strong and growing as people continue to prioritize themselves. Crossrope Athletes do live sessions to unite and foster inspiration, advice, stories and tips within the community. Our mental wellness has never been more important, and one of the most impactful ways we can address this is by addressing our physical health and activity levels.
