Michael Kors Orlando Shopping

A recent trip to South Florida revealed that this region has become a shopping haven. I was visiting Orlando on business, and had an opportunity to explore several shopping centers on my days off. Orlando seems to have grown almost overnight and the streets are now filled with famers markets, antique shops, upscale boutiques, high-end malls and luxury department stores.

Orlando stores have everything you need from Tiffany diamonds to Gucci bags. The city’s retail space covers over 52 million sq. ft. I was delighted to discover that there is something for every budget and taste in the shopping centers. You knew it would take something special for me to leave Orlando Spas!

The Mall at Millenia

My first shopping stop was at the Mall at Millenia. This mall elegantly blends classic and trendy tastes. It is a two-level shopping mall that is home to some of the most famous brands including Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, and Macy’s. It has over 150 stores to suit everyone’s taste and you’ll find it hard to come out of there without buying anything. Above you will see a few of my purchases that were really just made for me.  Take a look at that Michael Kors purse and matching wallet that just screams Spa Travel Gal. You will find practical and modern items at Urban Outfitters, Pottery Barn Kids, and Crate & Barrel alongside the renowned Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Jimmy Choo, and Gucci stores.

Florida Mall

This is an upscale retail mall that features several impressive stores including Bare Escentuals, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Nordstrom among its over 270 stores. After window-shopping for a while, I picked up a couple of gifts here and moved outside of the main malls. During this South Florida shopping day I was able to snag a cute and amazing pair of black leather sandals that look so good with some of my outfits that I want to wear them all the time now.

Outlets for savings

As I walked around Orlando, it almost seemed like there were outlets around each corner. I had a difficult time trying to choose where to shop after leaving the Florida Mall. I came across Prime Outlets almost by chance as I was heading to Walt Disney. Prime Outlets is considered one of the leading shopping destinations in the area situated only a few minutes from Walt Disney. One of the things that stood out at this mall was the fact that it offers luxury brands for significantly less than what you would pay in most malls. I was able to get as much as 65% off some of the leading brands including Coach and Calvin Klein.

As I was leaving Orlando through the Orlando International Airport, I got an opportunity to do some last minute shopping while I waited for my flight. The airport has a remarkable collection of stores including Bijoux Terner, L’Occitane, Swatch, and Brookstone.

This trip made me realize that Orlando is a great place for shopping especially if you are looking for luxury brands at great prices. I was impressed by the number of retail stores available and will definitely be making another trip in the near future.
