Norcross, GA 30071
(Downtown Norcross, between S. Peachtree St and Buford Hwy.)

The store is an “experience”, and unlike any other store in Atlanta – or in the states for that matter. They carry vintage, recycled/reclaimed and organic items (furniture, jewelry, accessories, items for children, garden goods, collectibles, specialty foods and more), with almost each piece portraying a story – such as their library card file from 1919 found in Selma, AL which has now been repurposed to make two chests and a garden cabinet!
Sandra Brooks, store owner and jewelry designer, has an organic garden in the back of the store, with a variety of flowers, fruits and vegetables available for the picking. The garden comes complete with composting materials to help educate the public on sustainability. Custom furniture maker Scott Wilen will also be at the store using unwanted/recycled wood and redesigning pieces into custom furniture for Farmhouse 17 clients.
In addition, the store will host “The Moveable Feast,” a monthly catered, intimate farm-to-table supper club at Farmhouse 17 which will feature various Georgia farms and their products.
They will also be hosting a grand opening event on June 8th from 11 am – 6 pm, and will be host to hors d‘oeuvres, entertainment, woodworking demonstrations, hands-on organic gardening experience and give-a-ways! A percentage of all sales during the grand opening will be donated to the Atlanta Food Bank (as well as a percentage of sales from The Moveable Feast monthly dinners)!
Farmhouse 17 {re} purposeful living will also be showcasing their products, as well as their flowers, fruits and vegetables from their store garden, every Tuesday evening at the Norcross Farmer’s Market.
Sandra also is an amazing jewelry designer and her designs will also be featured in the store (www.sandrabrookscollection.com).
