Walk?!?! Yes we all know we should do it – something so easy to help us create a wellness plan, but when and how is sometimes the issue. Well that is solved now.  You can walk your way to wellness! How about you walk to work to honor National Walk to Work Day and You?!?! National Walk to Work day is every year on April 1st!

Most certain many of you may live a little too far to walk to work, but I bet you park in a specific place each day to enable your life to be a little bit easier and to utilized the least effort and time possible.

What if you could just park in the farthest corner of that parking lot? If you are a downtown worker like I was for many years – I bet there is even a parking lot that is much cheaper just a few more blocks away.  Wow you could improve both your wellness and your pocketbook at the same time.

What helps me walk as much as possible? I always take with me my favorite pair of shoes – a very broken-in pair of black Merrells that have seen the world right along with me like a good friend.  These shoes have been to the top of a Mayan Temple and on cycled the streets of Paris with me.  They are so dependable and make my feet feel much better than they look!

These favorite shoes along with my own feet need a little tender loving care and fashion to boot.
