Yoga is Hot and Hot Yoga is even Hotter! Where should you & I both be this Saturday? – At Yoga on the Terrace at The Four Seasons Atlanta.  Recently, I decided to start back doing yoga….that could be just start – I have done done yoga many times BUT all my pals that look great and make me jealous say it is the bomb and WHY they look so great.
