Mexican Sand Buffer at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa, Mexico
Since ancient times, sand was used to exfoliate the skin as a traditional beautifying treatment. The white beaches of Cancun provide one of the softest sands, perfect for a very effective exfoliation. The spa at JW Marriott Cancun continues the Mayan technique by creating a scrub mixture to take care of rehydrating and softening rough skin.

What a wonderful way to escape winter!
Everyone should give it a try! Don’t you think?!?!
Yes, we were snowed in that week, too. And the way our house is situated, there was no escape until it thawed. What I wouldn’t have given to have been at one of these spas instead (although sipping hot chocolate with the man and binging on Netflix did have it’s charm.
I wasn’t that lucky (or unlucky – did you see Atlanta?) But, yeah, I do need to set aside some time and map out the spas I’d like to visit over the next several trips I’m taking.
Just let me know and I am willing to help!
a little of both never hurt!
….or any time!
