Most likely you have heard of “Farm to Table” menus at restaurants, but how about a “Farm to Massage Table” spa treatment menu from The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe? There is a new menu at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Lake Tahoe with just as healthy ingredients as one can find in any organic garden or kitchen.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Lake Tahoe has designed a healthy, enriched luxury resort spa menu full of items grown locally in Northern California. The featured ingredients are organic red wine grape seeds from Napa Valley along with olive oil from Petaluma. Per Allen Highfield, General Manager of the resort, the new premier spa treatments anticipate the desires and needs of guests who enjoy the active mountain lifestyle of Tahoe.

Napa Valley’s own organic red wine grape seeds are showcased in the Napa Journey Treatment. These grape seeds are famous for containing powerful antioxidants and extremely high levels of vitamins E and C. One can also find these same grape seeds from the NV Organic Company in the Couples Journey.  Couples are enticed by a relaxing soak in the tub along with a passion fruit and cabernet grape seed scrub. Cabernet also finishes off the treatment as part of an extremely antioxidating body butter massage. The finale includes a glass of red wine for an inside and out antioxidating experience.

Allow this “Farm to Massage Table” spa menu to rejuvenate your body while the region of Lake Tahoe will enliven the soul.
