Cold & Flu season is right around the corner and we are left with the big question- what can I pro-actively do while I travel? Aside from continuously washing your hands… supporting a healthy immune system all year around is perhaps one of the best things for your health while you travel during the cold or flu season. The new developments with the Affordable Care Act are making doctor’s appointments much more convenient (especially financially). However, if you do get sick, after you go to the doctor, there are some steps you can do to assist your body in feeling better faster. Please see the recipe below sent to me from a few already popular natural products for this year’s cold & flu season; BioK+®, pure-Absorb (Company-Bach’s Rescue®) Ocsillococcinum®, and San-J International.
