This is IT! Your “Make It or Break It” Year and you alone can make it happen.  It is never too late to start the new year right or too late to make a fresh start to life and I am going to tell you how.  It’s easy! You can Refresh Yourself Today!

First, take a moment for yourself. How about some spa travel right in your own home spa or whatever makes you focus on yourself.  Whether it is popping the cork on a bottle of champagne, revving up the Keurig for that perfect cup of coffee, but it must be something that you enjoy.  Now find some time that you can be by yourself (or for us moms it may have to be pretending we are by ourselves).  Even if you have to lock yourself in the bathroom with loud music playing to drown out the rest of your life for a few moments, you just must do it.  BUT please confirm everyone’s whereabouts and schedules beforehand.  Trust me, I forgot one time!

Now gather up your fav’d bath products or skin care products. The icing on the cake for me was a new product line that I discovered from one of the most respected top spas in the world. It all comes from the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont.

The new line consists of four products: hydrating body emulsion, aromatherapy face & body mist, organic bath & body oil and mineral body scrub, all of which are designed to awaken the spirit and well-being.  A blend of Bergamot, Rose Geranium, Clary Sage and Roman Chamomile offers a fresh herbal scent with calming floral undertones.
